How Does It Work?

Candidates need a minimum of four years of experience as developers to join the platform, while agencies need to have a minimum team size of 50. The platform employs AI and machine learning to screen candidates, using automated tests and live interviews. It analyzes job descriptions, resumes, and data points to identify the right match for each role. In addition to technical skills, the platform evaluates soft skills and project collaboration through personality tests, coding challenges, recorded video responses, and virtual task-based outcomes.

 

Supersourcing’s AI model processes thousands of responses, identifying specific words or sentiments that align with desired values. It also automates various manual processes like timesheets, status updates, attendance, billing, and feedback. The platform emphasizes the importance of strong communication and time-management skills when hiring remote developers, considering these factors in its evaluation process.
